As Lead inspector and trainer for APS Utility's residential air conditioning rebate program, All Flow Mechanical Owner and Operator Billy Coble, trained over 300 air conditioning contractors in the valley for 8 years.  He trained on proper installations, tune ups, and duct sealing to maximize utility savings. He also worked with Arizona's building science center and was Building Performance Institute analysts. He spent 8 years as a sheet metal fabricator, 10 years in the Plumbing Pipe fitters Union working with Johnson Controls doing all aspects of residential, commercial, and industrial refrigeration, comfort cooling, plumbing, and pipe fitting.
